They took the car back in the middle of traveling due to the loss of driver license by theft. Ruined travel, high fine and penalties with no response. Rent at Paris but taken at Milan, Italy. Really no complaint. We would only rent a small car in Europe due to tight road and tight parking when driving around. So we cannot complain about the lack of power that a small vehicle has. In any case the small Toyota performed fine. Budget - through Avis - was nothing exceptionally helpful nor do we have any complaints in particularReviewed 2022 Oct 01
