Poor for pick up. One employee at BWI airport desk. At times, 5-8 people in line. At one point, a customer returned his car rental to exchange for another one for some issue, breaking in front of line. Car not vacuumed upon pick up. No employees in sight to ask questions. I recommend Avis management have a sit down with BWI staff. Sooner than later.Reviewed 2024 Oct 06

The initial price offered by Kayak was 80 dollars. We ended up paying 160 dollars. The insurance offered by Kayak was not sufficient at Avis.Reviewed 2024 Sept 23

How Avis handles the ez pass for tolls relative to others is shameful. I thought the rental I had booked was competitive until getting to the counter and finding out it was an additional $25/day. When that is factored in it was possibly the most I have ever paid to rent a car. I will not be using Avis in the future.Reviewed 2024 Jul 21

The eToll reader was $129 for unlimited tolls. I had to use the tunnel on my way to return the car so we will see how much they charge me for a $4.00 toll.Reviewed 2024 Apr 23

I purchased the dealer’s choice and the advertisement said that they decide what to give me based on the size of my party. I got there and they said “dealers choice today is the smallest option. You have to upgrade”. That’s false advertising.Reviewed 2023 Dec 27
